These terms govern your use of ZukoBid, operated by Zuko Group LLC(“ZukoBid,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use ZukoBid for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
What ZukoBid is — and is not
ZukoBid finds public government contract opportunities, organizes information about them, and helps you research suppliers and prices. It is a research tool, not a guarantee.
- Always check the official solicitation. Deadlines, requirements, quantities and amendments must be confirmed with the issuing agency before you bid. Contract information comes from public sources and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong.
- Prices and estimates are guidance. Past award prices, supplier prices, suggested bids and profit figures are estimates built from available data. They are not quotes, and you are responsible for your own pricing and bids.
- AI-generated content can be wrong. Summaries, requirement lists, supplier matches and email readings are produced with AI and should be reviewed before you rely on them.
- Not legal, financial or procurement advice. ZukoBid is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@zukobid.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Price: the Pro plan is billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe (currently $99 per month), plus any applicable tax.
- Free trial: new subscribers may get a free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription starts and your payment method is charged automatically.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew each month until cancelled.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time by emailing support@zukobid.com, or from your account where that option is shown. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
- Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute or republish ZukoBid’s data or features, or use them to build a competing service;
- scrape, bulk-download or automate access to the service beyond normal use;
- share your account with people outside your organization or bypass plan limits;
- use ZukoBid to send spam, mislead suppliers or agencies, or break any law or procurement rule;
- interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into ZukoBid — your preferences, saved contracts, quotes and pasted emails. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only paste or upload material you have the right to share.
Our service
ZukoBid, its software, design and the way it organizes information belong to Zuko Group LLC. Public records shown in the service remain public; these terms do not restrict what you may do with the underlying public records themselves. We may change, add or remove features, and we aim for — but do not promise — uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT, OR THAT USING ZUKOBID WILL RESULT IN ANY CONTRACT AWARD OR PROFIT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ZUKO GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST CONTRACTS, MISSED DEADLINES OR BID ERRORS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Zuko Group LLC against claims arising from your bids, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Ending these terms
You may stop using ZukoBid and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these terms, or end the service with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limits of liability) do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use ZukoBid after that means you accept the updated terms.
